I had a very bad experience with Crown Quay agency Rosie and Helen. They both behave professionally but they never acheived their promises. I have paid 675 pounds as holding deposit and she didnt give either the house or money. I need someone's advice to get my money back.. Please advice.

I would not give this company any star!!!! They are scam!!! They took £600 deposite money and rejected me for a property and promised me i would get my money back. 4 month later still no sign!!! My own bank had to give me this money back as they investigated it and it was a scam! 2 ... Read Full Review

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
