Crown quay Agengy at London for letting is disaster!!! If you pay deposit and if you want to take back your money is not impossible..... to many emails to many calls all ways nothing....

28 Jul 2021Absolutely one of the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with! Besides the horrible customer service, I paid a deposit of £900 for a house I never had and they haven’t sent my money back yet, after almost a year!! No words to describe this agency. Please say away!

7 Aug 2021I am also waiting for the refund from them but no luck. Dont we have any other way to get my money back and teach a lesson to them. Zoopla should remove these agencies ads as they behave like scammers not at all professionals.

28 Sept 2021This outfit is a scam, they took months to pay me my rent and now tenant has left refuse to give her deposit back, She is a student and is struggling and these scammers have just ripped her off. AVOID this agency unless you like headaches.

23 Oct 2024Crown quay estate agent has destroyed my life , they run away with more than a months rent and gave a tenant with no proper vetting whom I am struggling to get him out . Rosie and Helen I think they are the same person and big scammers

I had a very bad experience with Crown Quay agency Rosie and Helen. They both behave professionally but they never acheived their promises. I have paid 675 pounds as holding deposit and she didnt give either the house or money. I need someone's advice to get my money back.. Please ... Read Full Review

I would not give this company any star!!!! They are scam!!! They took £600 deposite money and rejected me for a property and promised me i would get my money back. 4 month later still no sign!!!
