STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Students, there are other letting agents out there, do NOT go for them. I only did because I didn't have a choice but honestly I wish I'd have gone to halls because at least you're treated with some level of respect. They are money grabbing, they don't care about you. The house was COVERED in mold and damp and infested with moths. There were marks on the walls when I moved in but they charged us £100 at the end of the year due to these same marks! Just AVOID PLEASE, DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

It has been 2 months since I have left a property ran by Top Property Ltd. Still to this date I have not received my deposit back from the company after sending several emails regarding this issue. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
