What a brilliant little agency this is! Efficient, well organised and friendly to deal with, they actually worth 6 stars!!! Very, very happy to recommend them to other landlords and my tenants are happy too.

It has been 2 months since I have left a property ran by Top Property Ltd. Still to this date I have not received my deposit back from the company after sending several emails regarding this issue. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
