Unbelievable arrogance from this Agent. 2 months ago I placed a deposit for a house to rent. References came back as impeccable. I was about to pay the full advance rent and deposit to take possession when I had an bereavement of a very close person with whom I was to move in with. She was only 34. My mind was all over the place. 3 weeks later I sent an email to Jordon explaining this and asked if the holding deposit could be returned as a compassionate reason. It's been 5 days and no reply.
