As a landlord, I marketed a 3 bed rooms house with them initially 2016 and then 2017, they reassured me about the references for the tenants and the rent is guaranteed. This was wrong, and I have few months of unpaid rent. I asked them to re market the property in April 18, and despite several calls (when I manage to get through) asking to use new photos rather the old unfloored and unfurnished ones, they did not listen and to reduce the rent, they did not listen until I threatened to use other agencies. It is always difficult to speak to someone over the phone, receptionist do not pick up the phone and not return the call if I left my contact details. If I manage to get to speak to the receptionist, all client are busy and will return my call. This does not happen except when they needed to charge me for cleaning the property, which again did not happen for few weeks and then the new photos were taken. The cleaning was not up to the standard, it was just dust mopping. When contacting via email, they do not reply. After letting the property, they did not start transfer the rent to my account till after 6 days and after I had to chase that, though initially promised it will be no more than 24 hours to send it, and then 2-3 days to hit my account, the total process tool over 10 days
