Absolutely awful. Same experience as below. As a landlord they fail to provide even a basic level of service and ignore your emails and calls. They got my lettings contract wrong and I tried to point this out to them for 3 months but they just patronised me instead. Avoid at all costs. It was an expensive mistake I'll never make again with these fraudsters. I'm sure they are marketing a service that does not meet even the sale of goods and services act.
