As two international students from China and two mothers of two little children, my friend and I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our agent Moses Kazibwe. Throughout this whole process, Moses has been really helpful. He contacted us via e-mails and phone calls the first time any property became available and went to take videos for us when we showed interest since we could not find friends in London to make the viewing timely. He also advised on how to negotiate with the landlord and how to proceed since it is our first time to rent in the UK. I have been contacting with more than 40 agents from different companies in London during the last month, and Moses is surely the most responsible and trustworthy one. Just like what I said to my friend, he is the reason that we can believe choosing to study in London is the wisest decision we've ever made and that we can have faith in the kindness and goodness of humans, despite of our nationalities and cultures. It is really a shame that we did not find the suitable property due to our limited time before arrival and our budget, still we feel so warm and lucky just getting to know someone like him. Absolutely awful. Same experience as below. As a landlord they fail to provide even a basic level of service and ignore your emails and calls.
