Had them for 2 years, 2 consequtive tenants. They did an ok job with the search on the prospectives, but were rude in replying to my requests, and at some point applied to me some over-stricht out of contract extra rules, while were relaxed with the tenants. Felt like i was not the paying customer ( i had to give 3 months notice to the tnenats to move out, while they werre allowed on a month to month basis) Very bad customer service via email, i am resident abroad and it costs money to call every time. At my last request i reso Ved in calling the tenants directly to have a reply

I dealt with this agent whilst I let out my 1st rental property for just over 5 years. They were at all times helpful and accommodating to my requests and I had zero headaches for the duration of my two tenancies. I have since sold the property, however I would go straight back to them in a heartbeat if I was ever invested in another rental property in the Midlands area. Highly recommend, a tried, tested and most importantly trusted agent!
