Have been with Prima for approximately 2 years . I find them extremely knowledgeable and a highly professional company. Their customer service skills are excellent , all the staff are very professional and competent at what they do. It took Prima lettings almost 2 weeks after the day we moved out to get the Gas & Water readings!! The electricity reading we had to get ourselves even later as they were unable to manage it! Had them for 2 years, 2 consequtive tenants. They did an ok job with the search on the prospectives, but were rude in replying to my requests, and at some point applied to me some over-stricht out of contract extra rules, while were relaxed with the tenants.
