Hi I usually don’t do reviews but I would like to give my first review as I am so impressed with staff in particular Jesse Sapey at William H Brown . I have been in the property game for the last 20 plus years and have a healthy portfolio off properties in the rotherham and Sheffield’s area . Had 5 years break and started again recently in this pandemic . I cant say enough praise for Jesse who has been so instrumental in me purchasing 3 properties in theses difficult times . She been so Proffesionall and due dillgent with all my enquiries and in some case very silly offers that I can’t help to do ?. I would be amiss not mention Kyle Harvey who also is a very capable colleague off Jesse. Kyle been instrumental in helping me secure a repossession with all the drama you can imagine in this hot market . I would like to mention that I have agreed more properties with different agencies which have been helpful but fall in comparison to the services from William H Brown Rotherham. In Conclusion I will not hesitate to recommend the services for William Brown rotherham to my fellow investors but not to my competitors as I want all the best deals ?? for myself lol . I would recommend you they deal with Jesse and Kyle . Ps Jesse and Kyle i will be in touch soon for some more awesome deals to be concluded . Jav

Please do not use this company to buy a property. We were well and truly gazumped by them. They never took off the market a property we had an offer accepted on and now someone else has come in with a higher offer. We were gazumped by them so please avoid them if they are involved anywhere in a property purchase. Our offer on a property had been accepted and we asked for the house to be taken off the market but they never did this. 6 weeks later after surveys and solicitor checks we were informed a higher... I think it is disgusting how they can put signs in repossessed homes windows! Nothing like kicking someone further down when they are already down. Putting signs in windows is showing people that there are stuff in that house which are waiting to be collected. I will be putting a complaint in over... Read Full Review
