The worst argumentative lazy people. I hope one day we follow the US and Australia system where you need to be qualified to do this job. I would say to people stay away from this company not everyone writing these reviews can be wrong.

As said by the other reviewers, The agency doesn't care about sending someone to repair the broken things in our flat. Even the landlords they work with are to blame. Lived in the bateson building and nothing gets fixed, everything breaks and they do not care about fixing things quickly. Marshall are very slow to repair things and half the kitchen doesn't work, neither does washing machine, lift constantly breaks and the kitchen appliances always break.... Read Full Review

I wish someone would have warned me about this company. They moved a tenant in during lock down last June 2020 as well as leaving us all without hot water for ten days before.
