Used this agent for tenant find service. When tenant vacated I was left with rental arrears and a filthy property that had suffered from significant damage and neglect. Having submitted a subject access request to Porters I learnt the tenant had no credit rating and was classed by the referencing company as a 'high risk' one. This is material information that Porter's deliberately kept from me. Had I known this I would never have agreed to allow this highly irresponsible and filthy tenant into my property. Lodging a complaint the arrogant proprietor accepted no liability for his firm's professional negligence.

AVOID if you can. They only look out for the landlord's interests not those of the tenant. Absolutely disgusting service and staff even and especially Rebecca porter. Very unprofessional with even worse manners and no decorum. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
