Viewing was arrange and i rang their staff and mentioned to him that i am running 3 min late and he said they can not wait for anyone who will come late They are very rude and will not suggest anyone to use their service no word to describe

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Should you wish to make a formal complaint about any aspect of Allsopp & Allsopp's service, which you are unable to resolve with the consultant or branch/department manager, you should write to a Director.
