even one star is more as Allsopp and Allopp agent do not have manner or time. Viewing was arrange and i rang their staff and mentioned to him that i am running 3 min late and he said they can not wait for anyone who will come late They are very rude and will not suggest anyone to use their... Worst letting Management company. They should be given a "CRAP MANAGEMENT AWARD" as they are nothing but a bunch of * and liars and simply cannot manage anything. Their Manager ** simply lied to get the business and after that, he won't give a damn about anything and let his... Read Full Review

Worst letting Management company.
They should be given a "CRAP MANAGEMENT AWARD" as they are nothing but a bunch of * and liars and simply cannot manage anything.
Their Manager ** simply lied to get the business and after that, he won't give a damn about anything and let his ***team manage everything which is simply nothing but jokers.
I really wonder how they are making others fools and surviving in the market because they are simply not fit for anything apart from giving excuses and dragging the matters and avoiding calls and email.
I hope someone will take action against them and they will close their business and run away from the country like their Senior Management.
Don't be fooled and go with these guys for your property else you will cry forever and it will be next to impossible to get your property back and in the original condition.
They only care about their commission and nothing else and if you complain about anything then they simply ignore.

We booked a viewing over the phone for a specific time and date, went to the house for the viewing waited half an hour.. no one was there. Rang up to see where the estate agent was, they then said over the phone oh yeah sorry we couldn't make it to the viewing today... yet they made no... Read Full Review

We booked a viewing over the phone for a specific time and date, went to the house for the viewing waited half an hour.. no one was there. Rang up to see where the estate agent was, they then said over the phone oh yeah sorry we couldn't make it to the viewing today... yet they made no attempts to try and contact us to inform us of this.. so we wasted time and my partner had even taken time off work for this. There was no professionalism or consideration for us as customers, not impressed at all.
