This agent is great until you pay the deposit and start paying rent, after that you are just a cash cow. At the very start they forgot to tell me I have a shed available for my use, then gave me wrong key and did not believe me when I said it does not fit. When someone has thrown old paint in front of my shed couple of days later I got checked upon and blamed even though I was not doing any redecoration and even though I said clearly the rubbish is not mine. My cooker broke down and I was asked to move it and to attempt to repair it (?!) and waited a month for a replacement, I chased several times. You will also get checked every 3 months like a naughty kid if you decide to rent with them. Unprofessional, shows how they don't really trust their tenants. I would understand this at the beginning but this was going on through the whole tenancy. When the washing machine broke down we have been promised to get repaid for our launderette costs, we never got fully reimbursed, the washing machine took nearly 2 months to get repaired, again initially I had to chase a lot to at least start the process. To conclude my experience £200 was taken out of my deposit for ''cleaning''. Sadly paying rent on time for 3 years without any complaints does not mean anything. Not to mention that the property we lived in had poor insulation and water was coming in through the walls, but of course it was explained to me that this is not the cause of mould issue we encountered, because mould in the property is caused by us ''breathing''…sure… So clearly when buying my house I automatically took my business elsewhere. I'm glad I don't have to deal with H&M anymore.
