Highly recommended - for sales, lettings and management. They're managing my properties for nine years now and are true professionals. Very helpful to both landlords and tenants. Lee the manager is extremely passionate and motivates the whole team, Sammie, Vicki, Peter and Yolanda. Absolutely trustworthy! Thank you Lee and the rest of the team

31 Dec 2018Following a free, no-obligation visit we chose Homes & Mortgages to project manage the full renovation of a property ahead of letting. The project was complex & involved coordinating multiple trades - Lee & the team were polite, professional & transparent throughout. Homes & Mortgages are now acting as letting agents for the property. Great service & great communication - highly recommended.

This agent is great until you pay the deposit and start paying rent, after that you are just a cash cow.
