Black Mould in a Pandemic AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Pymm and Co believe that it is acceptable to give young tenants the short end of the stick because they can't fight back as easily. They don't have the time, money, nor authority of people older than them. Apparently, this means to Pymm and Co. that it is acceptable to do nothing about extensive black mould in young tenant's houses. For two tenants in particular, Pymm and Co did nothing about a black mould so severe that it spread to their clothes!! Pymm and Co. told these tenants they would have to purchase humidifiers, which Pymm and Co never reimbursed. These tenants were eventually so psychologically and physically affected by the mould that they had no choice but to move out DURING a pandemic. Pymm and Co still refuses to even recognise the wrong they have done. Parasitic, callous behaviour.
