Nock Deighton Bridgnorth Branch:- taken weeks to try and put a Lettings application in on a property! And still not done. Lied to left ,right and Centre on endless calls by both Jazz & Jess! Told I’m the only one who’s in the running for the property and that landlord is happy with all the information I’ve supplied, still not sent the application over to me. In the end I’ve given up gone elsewhere and PASSED THE REFERENCING IN A FEW DAYS and moving soon. Your and the landlords loss! Your either in the business of actually letting property’s or your not! Leaving them empty for months on end isn’t going to benefit your CILENTS !!! I think you drag your feet to get extra fee’s from landlords, thank goodness I don’t run my business the same I’d be out of business! As you had one ideal tenant for a property that the landlord was happy with you’ve let slip through the net. And to add the property in question has sat on the market for 5 months! And had only 1 person wanting to put a application in Me! Says it all. Renters don’t bother with these if you actually want to get a home and move and landlords if you actually want to let your property go else where unless you want your property empty for months on end while paying fee’s!
