I e-mailed Dart this afternoon regarding a Cottage in Shaldon. I am interested in buying a holiday property with eventually moving to Shaldon, An agent called me at 4.15, truley cant remember her name as the conversation was so curt! She passed me onto a manager, who didnt say his name. They knew absolutley nothing about the property, as he said he's never viewed it and its been on the market since last October 2020. I am a cah buyer. He said thats all we deal with is "Cash Buyers." Well, looking on the properties on your books, you definately dont just deal with cash buyers? Both you and your collegues attitudes where appauling. Not being able to view a property through a 3rd party in this day and age is unbelieveable. We have friend is Teignmouth that could of viewed this for us and holiday in Shaldon very often This property has been on the market since October 2020, no wonder?? To be spoken to in this manner is disgusting. I would neighter buy from you for sell! I hope prospective buyers and seller look at this review.

The low-level of literacy would suggest otherwise. My colleague Helen Holland does recall your telephone conversation and in fact, whilst she was seeking to be helpful and make considered recommendations to you she was somewhat nonplussed by your extraordinary discourteous telephone manner. It is in fact ourselves who would have to question if we would consider doing business with yourself. Lastly I must point out that third party viewings are not currently permitted under Covid guidance, a copy of which I have sent to you by email.
