We tried several estate agents to sell our sea front property but Lancasters were by far the best company for us. There were complications with a new lease but the staff at Lancasters persevered with all the legal hitches and were supportive, professional and helpful to get us over every hurdle! Constant communication with our solicitor and ourselves to keep us updated was much appreciated. We will always be grateful to the staff for working so hard on marketing our property and for finding a successful buyer. I will miss my humorous conversations with Stella now but would highly recommend this company to anyone selling property.
