We tried several estate agents to sell our sea front property but Lancasters were by far the best company for us. I used Lancasters's Ryde office to sell my house. It sold at the price they said it would within 5 weeks and we moved 7 weeks later - 12 weeks start to finish. Very happy. Mid-priced fee with top class service. You get what you pay for and they achieved me a higher price than any other agent said was possible.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
