I used Lancasters's Ryde office to sell my house. It sold at the price they said it would within 5 weeks and we moved 7 weeks later - 12 weeks start to finish. Their valuation was spot on and marketing top notch. I would recommend Lancasters to anyone. I bought onwardly through their Shanklin branch who were equally helpful and the service was very joined-up.
