PH estate agents used to be called ‘I am sales and lettings’ they are the most unprofessional cowboys I’ve ever used so not use them to sell your property or manage your property they don’t do anything they don’t do repairs or respond please use a different managing agent, they charge a fortune and add on fees where they can avoid at all costs.

26 Aug 2021I wish I had read this review. Having offered on a property in good faith, paid a fee to reserve the property subject to finding no structural issues, PH estates have flatly refused to refund me when a professional inspections has uncovered roof gutter and chimney issues. Do not trust these people ! I have formally complained about their failure to respond/refund and their mis-use of data. If this review helps one person avoid a similar situation then that is good.

There isn't a star rating low enough. Objectionable, argumentative, rude. When I said I was unhappy at lack of progress I was too "tough".
