Disgraceful. Made an appointment to view a particular room in a house. Traveled over 40 mins to get there. Was called about 30 mins before by Marie to make sure I was still coming. Got there and was shown a completely different room, about a quarter of the size with a tiny window, and I had to ask why she wasn’t showing me the room I actually asked to see. “Oh it went yesterday”. Could have had the decency to tell me before wasting my time. Also 8 people to a house and no cleaner, the place was disgusting. Food literally all over the kitchen floor and black filthy showers. Avoid at all costs.

Awful, lazy letting agents. kept my deposit for months before returning for no reason. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
