Awful, lazy letting agents. kept my deposit for months before returning for no reason. Did not provide inventory as per legal requirement. took weeks to reply to every email, and certainly did not "keep me in the loop". They rang me at inappropriate times; sometimes straight after id sent them an upset email- proving that they are argumentative, and definitely ignoring the emails the tenants send them! did not fix any issues in the house; until a few weeks before the tenancy was over. Left broken fridges in the front yard and in the centre of the kitchen. did not fix dishwasher through the whole tenancy with at times 5 people individually complaining. replied to complaints with "we had no idea, we wouldn't normally do this" after they were informed 3 months prior of the issue. Marie is argumentative; and very difficult to deal with. Was not informed of viewings- living in a house share with strangers not friends, so why would it be ok to inform one tenant not all. opened my door many times to find marie, or their handyman, (who rarely came anyway) just in my house with no warning. quite scary really, how would they like it eh? seems they like to gaslight and screw over young people. had to get parents involved at the beginning of the tenancy, and DPS involved at the end.
