Both Barbara and Nick are very easy to deal with and respond to any questions I had. It made our sale so much easier and I would be happy to buy/sell through them in the future.

9 Aug 2021Hi Jenny I am sorry you feel this way but I understand that you are frustrated that you are unable to secure your rental property and that you are trying to lash out your anger at myself. I have successfully rented hundreds of properties with satisfied tenants and landlords. I have provided you with all the information you needed to make an informed decision before submitting your referencing including loss of your deposit if the information provided is incorrect. You have provided false information to Homelet and therefore you have failed your referencing. You cannot expect the landlord to pay for your misleading application All our conversations were very formal and pleasant and I am very surprised with your comment. I will respond to your solicitor with copies of all correspondence between us when contacted.

Paid my holiding deposit + referencing/inventory fees and submitted my referencing forms. Ones interpretation of a holding deposit is that once paid, the property is taken off the market and held during referencing.
