I would absolutely NOT recommend using Cromwells Cheam. The Estate agent on my purchase was clearly inexperienced and not appropriately supervised. Unprofessional language and total disregard for the buyer - this was the most stressful day of my life and Cromwells just made it worse. I don't know why anyone would pay them to sell their house - I nearly pulled out multiple times due to frustration with the way the sale/purchase was being handled. I appreciated some honesty and apologies from a colleague at the end of the process but they were clearly totally embarrassed at how things had been conducted because it was an absolute shambles.

I used Cromwells Cheam recently to sell my flat and I can not recommend them enough. I always got feedback from all of my viewings and the staff were very professional when carrying out viewings.
