We didn't fail any referencing and the referencing paperwork indicated that WE were applying for the tenancy on a first come, first serve basis by its wording , but the agent obviously charges fees for block references in what can only be assumed to be greed, at the expense of distressing those who thought the tenancy would be awarded, where there is no good reason not to and where we need to find somewhere to live. Will look elsewhere. We pay our rent and were left feeling second rate citizens.
