[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] Absolutely awful, the main guy there David is disgustingly rude, lies to make a deal sound sweeter than it actually is, then throws you to the sharks when it comes down to it. I've never felt so let down by an agent in my life. To top it all off the ladies that work for him seem totally clueless as to what they're doing, can't answer any questions for themselves. To anyone thinking about renting or buying through nu concept, i'd highly advise searching elsewhere. Lenwells, Haart, Taylors, all very polite, caring and know what they're doing. I want to warn others who may be considering renting through NU Concept about how awful they are. They never get back to you about any problems. I have also had similar problems with Nu Concept.. I found them very rude every time they spoke to me. When originally deciding to move out of my current rented property, I asked if they had anything else and that I was also considering buying, before even asking, he dismissed me with "nothing ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
