I want to warn others who may be considering renting through NU Concept about how awful they are. They never get back to you about any problems. They had complaints for years from other tenants about the shower being cold in the flat I rent. They only reluctantly changed the shower when I contacted the council, and so were forced to. They are extremely uncaring and unhelpful as letting agents. Very lazy. The soundproofing in my flat is non existent and other tenants are moving out for this reason. Please be warned!

I have also had similar problems with Nu Concept.. I found them very rude every time they spoke to me. When originally deciding to move out of my current rented property, I asked if they had anything else and that I was also considering buying, before even asking, he dismissed me with "nothing ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
