If I could award no star to this company, I would! Terrible on all counts: unable to keep track of payments, incapable of communication (and when they do communicate they use a bullying surveyor). Caught them at several breaches of the Landlord and Tenant Act of 1985. They try to intimidate tenants into paying unjustified charges, withhold vital information, and run what can only be described as a very shady operation. Avoid at all cost!

I recently used chattelle estate agents to let a home. I found their customer service skills to be appalling. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
