If I could award no star to this company, I would! Terrible on all counts: unable to keep track of payments, incapable of communication (and when they do communicate they use a bullying surveyor). Caught them at several breaches of the Landlord and Tenant Act of 1985. They try to intimidate tenants ... Read Full Review

I recently used chattelle estate agents to let a home. I found their customer service skills to be appalling. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
