Poor communication, made offers via the lettings team and never informed if they were successful or not. No follow ups to keep us up to date so we we elsewhere and secured a property in 48 hours.

From June to September 2018 I had 4 to 6 viewings. Feedback on those viewings was rare as was any general feedback. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
