Extremely unpleasant and rude experience. They take your deposit and add unnecessary charges when returning back. The maintenance team responds to queries weeks later. One of the representative i wouldn't like to name wouldn't let me speak and said I don't care if you are a Doctor or a solicitor you have to listen to us first. Better to be homeless than to rent with these thieves.

The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. We moved into a property that was left in an awful state with cockroaches, mould, dirt and items left from the previous tenancy. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
