Extremely unpleasant and rude experience. They take your deposit and add unnecessary charges when returning back. The maintenance team responds to queries weeks later. The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. We moved into a property that was left in an awful state with cockroaches, mould, dirt and items left from the previous tenancy.
