I am a landlord who owns property around the Farringdon & Clerkenwell area. An office building on St John Street was recently let by the subject agent; Goodsir Graham. I found them very responsive in terms of client feedback from original marketing to the negotiations for new leases between parties. Goodsir Graham kept on top of the legals and took a pro-active actions when problems arised on lease negotiations between each party.
