I called Goodsir Graham back in December 2006. Since then I have instructed them 3 times on commercial lettings. The most useless company I have ever had to deal with. We have been through so much living in a property "managed" by them flood, broken boiler, mice and now on top off all our apartment are being used as a tool shed and canteen for their Lithuanian (no speak English) contractor while painting the ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
