We are sellers and given the current state of the propertyy market did not expect a quick sale. It took a year but we are satisfied with the way Taylors dealt with it as they kept us in touch on a regular basis and assisted us with paperwork to support a court action regarding the property. Friendly and helpful and the costs were fair. Would recommend them for properties in the immediate vicinity

Considering this agent is the largest in the area, it seems they take customers for granted. staff dont seem to know much about the properties they are selling, non existant customer service, Mr Taylor can talk the talk but unfortunatley cant walk the walk. Considering this agent is the largest in the area, it seems they take customers for granted. staff dont seem to know much about the properties they are selling, non existant customer service, Mr Taylor can talk the talk but unfortunatley cant walk the walk. Offices set in the 1980s with technology to match. Come on taylors pull yourself together, very dissapointed in their overall performance considering i had a £400,000 budget, cant understand why you are the peoples choice, must be the newspaper advertising
