I am gutted by the way this agency is dealing with their tenants, especially Anthony. I called to report a boiler failure and instead of dealing with enquiry I have been shouted at, insulted and had the phone put down on me. Unbelievable! Now I am just sat in the cold ,wondering if anyone is actually gonna come and fix the issue, as nobody will answer the phone. Stay away from Anthony! He will hold grudges on you for no reason and he will make sure you don't feel comfortable in the property! He is just mean! Definitely not recommended!

Fine Homes are the most obnoxious agent I have dealt with in the whole eight years of myself renting properties.
