Fine Homes are the most obnoxious agent I have dealt with in the whole eight years of myself renting properties. My husbands credit is not too appealing from a few years ago, to the point we always have to put six months rent upfront and then go onto monthly there after. No other agent has ever had a problem with this bar Fine Homes!! I felt belittled by the gentleman that took my call. His attitude towards myself was discsuting, his words Our company does not accept this we are Fine Homes. Who the hell do they think they are?? Avoid at all costs if your credit is not 100% on Experian.

8 Aug 2016I recall the phone call and that the conversation was very challenging. I tried to explain that Fine Homes is contracted to getting a successful pass on tenants' references and this in turn, provides the landlord with a rental warranty that, according to feedback, is one of the many reasons that landlords use Fine Homes. I tried to explain politely that each letting agent's service will probably differ but Fine Homes does not take 6 month's rental up front that the caller specifically asked for and I explained the reasoning behind this. In 26 years in the lettings industry, of which 16 has been spent in Leamington Spa, it is regrettable that some people may sometimes feel unhappy if their requirements cannot be accommodated.

I am gutted by the way this agency is dealing with their tenants, especially Anthony.
