I want to say a massive thanks to Emma from the Ormeau Road branch for all her assistance in helping to get mine and all my housemates full deposits back, which we were rightfully owed. We were having a difficult time understanding how we were losing part of our deposits for unknown reasons but Emma was able to clear the whole thing up and reassure us that we would be paid in full. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and she's a great asset to the company.

I had a very misleading landlord who made renting and finishing our lease quite an unpleasant experience. The fee they charge is a disgrace, and you are not even told about it until you tell them you want the room and they send you the contract.
