We were very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend Property People services for lettings. - When we moved to the house lights were broken and were told it would be fixed the day after but they never were. - Our room was very dirty when we arrived on our first day. - The cleaning service for the shared areas was supposed to happen every week, but in 4 months they came about 3 times. - Although we paid our deposit and first month rent on the day we moved, weeks later were informed that they still had not get our payment. We provided all the receipts and information required but staff took a long time to solve a situation that should have been checked since the beginning. - When the boiler got broken, they took about 2-3 days to fix it. - We approached the agency about problems with other subtenants, but they were never solved. - The house was really old and badly preserved. - We were not informed when we moved how the trash would work. When there were problems with the trash, we ended up having to pay a fine for something that we didn't do. - The inspection after leaving the house took place about a week later we left. - We were never informed when we would get our deposit returned and were not informed about the deductions that were made, which we were supposed to be informed straight after we moved. - The deduction was related to the trash problem we had already paid for.

The fee they charge is a disgrace, and you are not even told about it until you tell them you want the room and they send you the contract.
