I have worked closely with Simon on a professional level for quite some time now and I must say, Simon and the Bartholomew team work incredibly hard ensuring that their clients have a pleasant and smooth property transaction. I strongly recommend using a different agent, I have had a poor experience with them. The fees weren't explained properly, we agreed a price and we asked does this include everything, no hidden costs and all was agreed yes thats the final figure, both my partner and I were happy to proceed to then ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
