Landlord review: I have had the pleasure of using Bawtry Lettings for the 4th time & I can't praise Caz & Darcy enough. They have been friendly, professional & extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We had 19 enquiries on our house within 24 hours of our property being advertised on Rightmove. Caz & Darcy spent time qualifying each tenant & arranged a full day of viewings - in less that 7 days, they helped us in finding our tenant. We have received support & advise on all aspects of renting. We would highly recommend William H Brown to everyone. Thank you so much

We made an offer, our house was due to complete in 30 days, so it was conditional on this property being bought/sold in 30 days too. No problem, there was no Upward chain.
