I was very impressed with their service, very professional and always available when needed. I just completed a 3 year tenancy with them and never had any issues,all my queries were dealt promptly and professionally.

Horredous experience!!! Agents from hell. They made our lives a misery by miscommunicating with the Landlords. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They are rude and incompetant. The house we lived in had an illegal conservatory as there were no thermal doors, the one radiator downstairs never worked properly and then the boiler finally broke. Agent postponed viewing by 1hr, with no real explanation. They then arrived 10 mins late, did not acknowledge me in the car park until beckoning with a head nod to the side to enter.
