AVOID AVOID AVOID. They are rude and incompetant. The house we lived in had an illegal conservatory as there were no thermal doors, the one radiator downstairs never worked properly and then the boiler finally broke. This took over a month to fix and it was mid winter. They also left our garage open one day when they were at the property. Another time the back door keys went missing, the sent a contractor who left the property with the back door unable to even close let alone lock, the next day the managed to lock it but we could not open it even with the key. We were both very ill during the 6 months that we rented through Whites and found Michelle to be incredibly rude and confrontational at the best of times. One of the times I was ill due to the temperature in the house they refused to bring us heaters, my partner then rang them and the chaps brought them straight round. I would never use them again, and would tell others to stay well away! We are with Belvoir now and we have had a number of issues with the house we are renting and they have rectified them almost immediately.

Horredous experience!!! Agents from hell. They made our lives a misery by miscommunicating with the Landlords. Agent postponed viewing by 1hr, with no real explanation. They then arrived 10 mins late, did not acknowledge me in the car park until beckoning with a head nod to the side to enter.
