Having recently become a new landlord I cannot praise the lettings team at Bartrop and Dilks enough, they were so professional from helping me understand the legal process to finding me really good tenants within 3 days. I could not have wished for a more positive first experience, looking forward to working with them on my next house.

If your thinking of being a tennant make sure you get a full checkin document. If not, from my experience, these cowboys will try and hit you with all sorts of departure costs. My goodness, what can I say? My entire property transaction was made incredibly stressful by the actions of this man and his staff. Once I had agreed the purchase, they couldn't have cared less. The agent offered the worst possible property selling service. From our offer being accepted in January ( we are first time buyers, buying an empty property) we still have not completed the sale. Becky is always " unavailable" when we call and never returns calls even when other staff ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have contacted me, kept me up dated with progress of the sale, called us back when promising to do so. The constant and consistent lack of communication and general unhelpful and lazy nature of staff has led to this negative review. Also the people showing you round properties have no information about the properties and are equally unhelpful. I can\'t think of one positive thing about them!
