Very poor customer service. Lies after lies! Highly advise anyone to stay clear. £6000 fee if you win a auction with them, was lied when asked questions about a house iv bought not disclosing all the information the company should have done, I have asked for recored called but strange enough for a professional company not to have there calls recorded on the certain dates requested, still waiting for the sale to go through and once the sale as gone through will be losing more money due to the lie and false information from the vendor, I have never know a company (person) who can't deal with a issue had to get there Partner/husband or so to ring up and try and belittle me? Very professional. This is a business that will stand other anything just to get a sale but can't have consistently of aftersales and customer service... Also I wonder how many other people they have used manipulated bids with?

What agent could do to change your mind?
Their job and helped in the fact that they had taken full payment and also the solicitor had charged me as well, instead of telling me it\'s not their problem.
Comments on Agent Fees
Highway robbery, I would have been happy to pay if they had did what they said they would do. In reality they got paid for very little work or effort by them.

I had my house up for sale with Keith Pattinsons for a good year and a half with every sale falling through, it failed to sell at auction. Full of promises - tried to reduce price to unacceptable level. Constant marketing calls to buy and sending prospective viewers around who were not in a position to buy to up their targets no doubt.
