I was buying from a MyPad Vendor and i can honestly say they were fantastic. This was the Derby branch, lovely customer soft skills, very organised too. Requests of pushing along solicitors, keeping me up to date, and immediate actions on rightmove were also greatly received. Thank you to Debbie, Niall and the team, and when i come to sell in the future i know where to call.

Awful service. Called inquiring about a few properties on their website. Nick the letting agent was busy & would call me back. He didn't. Was required to pay a full deposit (£5k) well before the move in date (2 weeks prior). The maintenance work that was agreed upon by the landlord (to be completed by the move in date) hadn't been completed when the agent gave the flat keys to me.
